Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Cap on Damages. Liability of NewbyCooper Notary arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold NewbyCooper Notary harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Term Changes. NewbyCooper Notary may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
